Online Pre-orders’ Terms and Conditions

1. FlyerBonus points can only be earned when members identify themselves and present their FlyerBonus membership card at the time of purchase.
2. FlyerBonus points cannot be earned if/when a member does not log onto his/her account and thus fails to identify their FlyerBonus membership ID at the time of online purchase.
3. By pre-ordering online, members agree to accept responsibility for all activity involving their accounts and passwords.
4. Pre-ordering online can be done a minimum of 24 hours to 60 days before scheduled flight departure date.
5. 2 - 4 weeks should be allowed for FlyerBonus points to be credited to member accounts.
6. Retroactive claims on duty–free shopping activity are not permitted.
7. Free gifts and lucky draw prizes are not eligible for FlyerBonus point accrual.
8. Selected items will only be delivered to the member/passport owner at the time of purchase. The signature provided on the receipt must match the signature on the passport.
9. The points total accrued is subject to change without prior notice.
